About ArticleRelease
I'm a Registered Pharmacist, and for a long time I struggled to find pharmacy and medical content online that was both simple and actually reliable. Most of what I came across was either too technical to make sense of, or written without any real source behind it — just information sitting there with nothing backing it up. That frustration is basically why ArticleRelease exists today.
I built
ArticleRelease mainly with Pharm D, MBBS, and Nursing students in mind, though over time it's grown into something practicing doctors, dentists, and other healthcare professionals find useful too — both as readers and, for some, as contributors.
What Is ArticleRelease ?
Articlerelease is a health and medical education site, built around one simple idea — explain things properly, without dumbing them down or overcomplicating them.
Every article here comes from real textbooks, clinical notes, or sources I'd actually stand behind — not because "citing sources" sounds professional, but because I genuinely don't think content without one deserves to be trusted.
If you look through the site, you'll notice the content is organized into specific categories rather than one big mixed pile of articles. There's Pharmacology, Pharmacognosy, Pharmaceutics, and medicines for the core pharmacy fundamentals. Clinical pharmacy cover the more applied, real-world side of things. Medicinal Chemistry go deeper into how drugs actually work and how they're developed. There's also Pharmaceutical Analysis and Toxicology for the more technical, lab-oriented topics, and Nutrition & Wellness along with Public Health for broader healthcare content that doesn't strictly fall under pharmacy. Medicines are at the heart of modern healthcare, helping us prevent illness, treat infections, and manage long-term conditions. Yet the form a medicine comes in, whether a tablet, a syrup, or a capsule, matters more than most people realise. It affects how well the drug works, how safe it is, and how easily a patient can stick to their treatment. At articlerelease, we publish research-based articles on all these dosage forms, so readers can find clear, trustworthy information backed by evidence. And if you are a researcher, student, or healthcare professional with work to share, we would love to hear from you. You are welcome to submit your own research-based article and publish it with us.
Who ArticleRelease Is Actually For
If you're a Pharm D student, you already know the feeling — pharmacology, pharmacognosy, pathology, therapeutics, hours of revision that never seem to end.
ArticleRelease breaks these down the way I wish someone had done for me back when I was studying.
MBBS students get plain-language explanations meant to sit alongside your regular coursework, not replace it. Nursing students can use it as an extra resource to actually understand the reasoning behind medicines and diseases instead of just memorizing a list. And for working professionals already in the field, this works better as a quick refresher than a teaching tool — though as I'll get into below, there's more here for you than just reading.
Real clinical decisions, to be clear, should always rest on established guidelines and a qualified doctor's judgment, not on something read off a website.
Why I Think You Can Trust This
I built
ArticleRelease around one rule I don't bend on — get it accurate first, then worry about making it simple. Never the other way around.
Everything published here traces back to actual textbooks, clinical notes, or reliable sources. Nothing goes up without me reviewing it. This isn't run by some anonymous content team — it's me, putting my own name behind what's on this site. If something turns out outdated or I find better information later, I go back and fix it. That part isn't optional to me.
If you ever spot something wrong, tell me. I'd rather know and correct it than have it sit there being inaccurate. Pageviews don't mean much if the information itself isn't right.
Got Research You Want to Share?
If you've done your own research and you're sitting on an article you'd like more people to actually read — talk to me. The
contact page has everything you need, and I do read what comes in.
There's also a proper path here specifically for professionals working in healthcare — if that's you, you can request author login access directly from me, and once approved, you're free to publish your own research-based articles under your own name. Every request goes through manual verification on my end first, and submissions through this route are limited strictly to research articles — I don't allow PDF uploads or file attachments through the platform.
A couple of ground rules apply no matter who's submitting.
ArticleRelease only accepts health, medical, and pharmacy-related content — nothing outside that scope, regardless of how well it's written. And everything has to be entirely human-written. I don't accept AI-generated content, not even partially — if it's clearly written using AI tools, it gets rejected during review. There's already enough unreliable, AI-generated health content floating around online, and I'm not interested in adding to that pile.
One more thing worth being clear about: publishing here isn't the same as getting into a peer-reviewed journal — different process, different weight. If you need this for academic credit or a university requirement, please check with your institution first before assuming it counts.
Free Health Calculators
Alongside the articles, there are a handful of
calculators you're free to use anytime. The
BMI Calculator gives you an estimate based on your height and weight. The Ideal Weight Calculator gives you a rough healthy weight range. The
Calorie/TDEE Calculator estimates your daily calorie needs. The
Macro Calculator breaks down your daily carbs, protein, and fat needs. And the
Water Intake Calculator gives you a general sense of how much water you should be drinking.
Just keep in mind — these are estimates for general guidance, not a medical diagnosis.
Stay Updated
If you find this kind of content useful, it's worth subscribing to the newsletter. It's a simple way to get new articles,
updated calculators, and anything else worth knowing sent to you directly, instead of having to check back on the site every few days.
This Is an Educational Site, Not a Doctor
This site exists for learning purposes only. It doesn't replace an actual medical check-up or a doctor's advice. Before starting, stopping, or changing any medication, please talk to a qualified MBBS doctor.
Why I'm Actually Doing This
If I'm honest, the goal behind all this isn't complicated. I just want pharmacy and medical knowledge to be something people can genuinely access and understand, without cutting corners on accuracy to make it "easier." I know how much time students burn on subjects that feel unnecessarily hard, and I'd rather put my energy into fixing that than watch more people go through what I did for years.
So whether you're revising a Pharm D topic, learning something new in medicine, or just curious about your BMI — ArticleRelease is here for exactly that.
Final Word
ArticleRelease was built to support Pharm D students, MBBS students, Nursing students, and healthcare professionals — one place for straightforward medical articles and useful health calculators. If you've got research of your own, don't hesitate to reach out about publishing it here.
And above everything else — everything on this site is for educational purposes only, and should never replace real medical advice from a qualified professional.
